How to share links to ebook passages

You can create and share a link to a specific passage from within an ebook (or from the digital library after searching within a set). The link opens directly to the passage in the ebook.

Note: To view shared passages, link recipients need to be signed into the digital library. If the title has limited availability, they may need to borrow it.

Copying a link from an ebook

1. Select, hold, and drag to highlight a passage (or select a passage you've already highlighted).
2. Select Copy passage link.
   
3. In the "Copy passage link" box, select the URL to copy it.
   
4. Select Hide to return to the ebook.

Copying a link from the digital library

1. Search a set for a phrase or keyword.
2. Select Share.
   
3. In the "Share" box that appears, select the URL to copy it.
