Troubleshooting the website
If you're running into sluggishness, timeouts, or other errors while using the LexisNexis Digital Library in your browser, the following troubleshooting steps can help. If one step resolves your issue, there's no need to continue to the next step.
Note: These steps may not be effective if you're using a managed device or network. Reach out to your organization if you have trouble or get errors.
- Hard refresh your browser with the following keyboard commands:
- Windows: Ctrl + F5
- Mac: Command + Shift + R
- Chrome OS: Shift + Ctrl + R
- Restart your computer.
- Check for updates to your browser. We recommend the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari.
- Disable any browser extensions one at a time.
- Try using a different browser.
- Clear your browser cache. Please note that this can remove saved logins and data from all websites, not just the LexisNexis Digital Library.
